A full HSK 3.0 mock exam that simulates the real sitting end to end

Full paper · official audio · section timing · scored in seconds

You sit the same paper your level sits, in the same order, with the same recording and the same time on each section. Hand it in and the mark is on screen before you stand up.

  • The paper your level actually sits — every section, in order, at official length and question count.
  • Listening recorded to the official pattern: exam speed, three voices, played the number of times your level plays it.
  • Each section runs on its own countdown and closes itself when the time is up.

Full papers at every HSK 3.0 level, with a mistake book built in

Whole papers, listening to writing · live count on every level · every miss kept

You sit whole papers, because a whole paper is the only thing that tells you whether you would pass. The questions you miss are the ones worth keeping, so the site keeps them for you.

  • Full-length papers in exam order — listening, reading, writing — with a reason for every answer.
  • Each miss goes into your mistake book with its explanation attached, and stays until you mark it learned.
  • The book groups by section and question type, so you can see which part of the paper is costing you marks.

An all-in-one HSK 3.0 study toolkit, from passing to mastery

Flashcards · AI writing marking · graded reading and listening · one account

Passing the paper is one job and getting good at Chinese is the other. The same account carries the tools for both, and they work on the same weak spots.

  • Smart flashcards run the 11,000-word list on a spaced-repetition schedule, twenty at a time, with the syllabus's own pinyin and part of speech.
  • Instant AI essay marking on the three official dimensions, with every deduction anchored to the sentence that caused it.
  • Graded reading and listening built to your level's own section, so daily practice looks like the paper you will sit.
  • One account ties them together: what a paper catches on Sunday is what the flashcards ask you on Monday.

  • Your free mock includes your score, section scores and a marked answer sheet. A plan unlocks its full review, with correct answers, explanations and listening scripts, plus 3 new timed mocks every month.
  • A timed mock is used when you start a new paper, at any level. Coming back to a paper you left open doesn’t use another; sitting a finished paper again does. Monthly gets 3 from each billing date, Lifetime 3 on the 1st of every month (UTC). The free mock is once per account, counts once you hand in a paper with at least 10 answers, and doesn’t renew.
  • AI marking: a free account gets one essay mark and one HSKK speaking score a day, renewed at midnight UTC. Monthly and Lifetime mark every essay and score every spoken answer, at every level, with no daily limit. Reading the questions and model answers is free for everyone.
  • Protect your exam fee. An HSK registration costs $65–75 a sitting. For $59.99 once, Lifetime tells you where you stand before exam day, at this level and every level after.

What learners say about HSKWin

From people preparing for a 2026 sitting with HSKWin, and from a few who have already sat one.

  • Amara DialloDakar · passed HSK 4 in March 2026

I had registered for HSK 3 on the strength of a free quiz. The placement test here put me at 4.1 and split it out — my grammar was two levels behind my vocabulary. I moved my registration up.
  • Tomasz WójcikKraków · preparing for HSK 5

The clock is the part other sites leave out. Untimed I can finish HSK 5 reading; with the section clock running I lost the last passage twice before I learned to let one go.
  • Priya NairBengaluru · passed HSK 5 in June 2026

What I open most is the mistake book. Four papers in it was obvious that half my losses were one question type, not “reading” in general.
  • Kenji MoritaOsaka · preparing for HSK 7–9

7–9 is already a 3.0 paper, so the old 2.0 material was costing me time. The writing feedback here quotes my own sentence and names which of the three dimensions it cost me.
  • Sofía RamírezBogotá · passed HSK 3 in June 2026

The HSK 3.0 word list is free to browse, which is how I started using it at all — twenty flashcards on the bus, and the ones I miss come back without me organising anything.
  • Liam O'ConnorDublin · preparing for HSK 6

Listening plays once and there is no replay button, which annoyed me until I thought about the real hall. The explanations are why I stayed: on a fill-the-blank I missed, it pointed at the clause that defines the word.

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about HSKWin

Is my exam HSK 2.0 or HSK 3.0?

Levels 7–9 already run on 3.0. For levels 1–6, CTI published the new syllabus in November 2025 with a July 2026 implementation date, but has not announced a switch date for the regular sittings — so most 1–6 exams in 2026 are still 2.0. Check your registration record, and see our status page for what is confirmed.

When will HSK 1–6 switch to HSK 3.0?

CTI published the 3.0 syllabus for levels 1–6 in November 2025 with a July 2026 implementation date, but has not announced which sitting is the first to use it. Until it does, treat a 1–6 exam booked in 2026 as 2.0 unless your registration record says otherwise.

Do you offer free HSK practice tests?

Yes. The level test is free and needs no account, every HSK practice test here can be previewed free, and every account gets one full timed mock free, with its score. It only counts once you hand in a paper with at least 10 answers. The question-by-question review, and more timed mocks, come with a plan.

Preview the papers

Do I need an account to try a mock test?

Not to preview one. Every paper on the site shows up to three questions from each section, with the answer key, the explanation and the line of 原文 it rests on, with no account and no card. To sit a whole paper you need a free account, and your first full mock is free: the real clock, instant scoring, AI writing marking and the pass-probability report. Every account gets one. After that, timed mocks come with Monthly or Lifetime.

Are these real past papers?

No, and deliberately so. Official past papers are CTI copyright, and HSK 3.0 has no past papers at all. Every paper here is written against the published 3.0 syllabus, and each level page states exactly what it was built from.

How is this different from the free HSK mock test sites?

Free sites are paid for by ads, and most of them still serve HSK 2.0 papers — which is why their level numbers no longer match what CTI published for 2026. HSKWin has no ads and is built on the 3.0 syllabus: nine levels, the current question types, instant scoring with an explanation on every question, AI writing marking and the full word lists. Every paper is free to read in full, answers and explanations included, so you can compare the two before paying anything.

Which HSK level should I take?

Most people sit HSK 3 or 4 first: 3 is the level that starts reading and writing at length, and 4 is the one universities and employers usually name. If you are not sure, the free level test places you in about three minutes, and the levels page sets out what each level is expected to do.

HSK levels explained

How accurate is the AI writing mark?

It scores the three dimensions the exam's raters use — content, language, structure — and shows you the sentence behind every deduction, so you can check its reasoning rather than trust a number. If you disagree with a mark you can flag it.

What does the pass probability mean?

It is an estimate from your results, weighted by section, against the pass line for your level. It is not a promise. It is the number that tells you whether to keep practising or book the exam.

What if I pay and it is not what I expected?

Ask within 7 days and we refund it. No form and no conditions — an email is enough. If you tell us what was missing we will read it, but that is not something you have to do to get your money back.
